The spring months have been incredibly challenging for luxury brands. Some have changed their business models completely, choosing to push back new releases or to quietly continue on with less fanfare than usual, and other brands like Chanel and Louis Vuitton have instituted worldwide price increases. Now, the last few weeks have brought a whole new set of challenges as some regions begin to reopen their stores while others remain closed. Many stores in Europe have begun to reopen, so it’s not surprising that Louis Vuitton’s newest bag appears to currently be available to the European market only. Information on this new bag is slowly beginning to trickle out and today we’re giving you a first look at the brand new Louis Vuitton Grand Sac Noé Blau Epi mit Innentasche M44005.

The Louis Vuitton Pont 9 bag is an all leather flap bag that’s finished with bold logo hardware. This structured design is sleek and features curved lines, which create an elegant and sophisticated vibe. The hardware on this bag—an oversized LV logo inside of a bold circle, is a signature house code dating back to the 1930s that has been reimagined by creative director Nicolas Ghesquière. The bag, aptly named Pont 9, is named after the oldest bridge in Paris (the Pont Neuf), which sits atop the Seine river.
The bag is crafted completely of smooth cowhide from the body of the bag down to its trim and even lining. Though simple, the bag posses a subtle sophistication with hidden details such as a colored leather lining and a Monogram flower magnetic closure, which is tucked beneath the bag’s flap. The bag features an adjustable shoulder strap and inside there are two compartments—one large main compartment and a smaller front pocket. A zippered pocket on the back interior works for cosmetics or smaller items. Overall dimensions are 5.9″L x 9″W x 3.1″D.

ehhh don’t really like the logo hardware
Neither do I…it make the bag look a bit tacky 🙁
Can’t wait for this to blow up all over Instagram by so called influencers.
louis vuitton white bracelet.
This is why I’m only interested in classics for the moment.
Ugh….it looks very cheap…will be a pass for me.
Absent the brand ID pri$e point, the design is understated elegance. (Please remove the hardware before feeding it to me!)
Sort of a worse 30 montage… price is yikes. I guess if you love LV it’s okay… they will probably just gift it all over social media to make it seem desirable.
Looks like the DeMellier Vancouver to me (which is much less expensive and logo-y).
Reminds me of the Pochette Metits which just had a price increase. I like the Pochette much more.
Is anyone else bothered by black edge painting on non-black bags?
That might just be a personal canence. I had a Steve Madden bag I thought was the nicest thing when I was a teenager, but the black edge paint started peeling and then the handle broke, so for me, non-matching edge paint is synonymous with low quality.

Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM White Damier Azur!
Gucci!!!
The simplicity of the bag is nice, minus the big “look at me, please” logo. However, I really struggle to maintain the integrity of a bag when it’s MAGNETIC entirely of smooth cowhide. It’s more prone to scratches and for a purported price of $3,155 I want more bag longevity for my money.
I am also tired of oversized logos. Though I would like it better if the strap were removable/interchangeable. I still don’t understand why every bag on the market doesn’t have that feature.
I think this bag is gorgeous and I love everything about it. I am surprised how many don’t like it. Goes to show you how much everyone’s taste varies. I am still mad at LV for the price increase though, so don’t want to buy any bags from them for a while.
This bag is a total rip off of the 1955 Horsebit Leather Shoulder Bag. As my son would say zero points for creativity.
So true, I like the Gucci better and it’s cheaper.
Louis Vuitton Danube Cognac Epi M45633,
I haven’t bought LV in years and who needs them now?

I think this bag is going to grow on me…
Louis Vuitton never fails to surprise me by making uglier and uglier bags – le sigh
i bet you all the youtube and instagram “influencers” will be singing praises about these ugly bags, lol
Louis Vuitton pre-owned Épi Neverfull MM tote bag
The Louis Vuitton Neverfull its EVERYWHERE.
Besides the black version, it feels like there is too much going on. Pockets. Piping. Hardware. So so much.
Another “remove the logo, bag is a dud”. There is nothing that stands out about this bag. It’s just another bag. But oh! Stick a great big LV gold logo on it and voila! Insta-4k. Look, I wanna love LV but my gosh, NG accessories are completely disjointed. I know ppl have VA for the men’s, but at least when you see the pieces, they all “go” together.
Passing up on bags marketed by “influenzas”. Next!
Circling back around on this one, several colors are sold out (shockingly) so I guess it’s a hit for some!
