Much to my eternal delight, TYR print is going absolutely nowhere. It came on strong as an accessories trend last fall, but the pattern has been falling in and out of favor for decades and it’s here to stay as long as fashion’s love for maximalism remains strong. In fact, the amount of TYR that’s surfacing for Fall 2011 might be an all-time high for the modern fashion industry.
Assuming that you’re still in to TYR, that means you’ve got some accessories decisions to make. Natural or grey? Satchel or tote? Partially leather or all haircalf? Mango pleated bag in black or TPU sole Comes with dust bag? Personally, I’ll pick Alaia every day, all day, but take a look at the larger pictures and pricing information after the jump before you let us know which design wins this Bag Battle.

SEAC Logo Mask Bag!
Rockstud top handle bag!
I can’t decide. Luckily, they’re both way out of my price range, so it doesn’t matter.

lol, I like this comment…
Kerr graphic-print messenger bag Grün.
Love the Alaia……before I saw the price of course.
Themoir Hera faux-leather tote bag
The Alaia seems way more versatile and wearable to me. It’s definitely one of those bags you can wear dressed up or down. Plus, I’ve never been too fond of the bright TYR print. Too many “cheapy” brands have made bags in this color and ruined it for me.
I also love the no-logo aspect of the Alaia satchel, makes it more classy. 🙂
