If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times: if I had to pick the very best thing I LOVE about working at Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops, it would have to be getting the first look at all of the new handbags that designers are releasing each season. For a handbag lover, there’s truly nothing better than being ‘in the know’ in that way, and being one of the first to ‘know’ is kind of priceless. I was excited to swing by the latest Michael Kors presentation earlier this week to get a look at some of the brand’s Resort 2018 styles. The presentation was and at the stunning New York Edition Hotel in NYC, and the minute I entered the room, I was on sensory overload! My bag radar was going off like crazy.
Inspired by a market basket Kors himself spotted while jetsetting to Corsica, logo-stamp mini bag, features classic shapes with elegant details, taking the everyday bag to an elevated, stylish level. While the bags I previewed are Dola of the Michael Kors Resort 2018 collection, logo-stamp mini bag first launches for Fall 2017, hitting stores mid-August.

While I can see the east/west tote being a super popular style as it’s a great sized work or travel tote, my favorite is the medium satchel. Shown above left, the medium satchel retails for $1,190 in smooth calf with river snake or $990 in grained calf, while the large satchel retails for $1,190 in grained calf or $2,450 in gloss python, pictured below. The east/west tote retails for $895 in grained calf or $1,090 in smooth calf with river snake. You’ll have to wait until November to snatch up these resort styles, but you can already shop pieces from the Bancroft Fall 2017 Collection online now via Michael Kors and Neiman Marcus.
