jeansowa kurtka gucci kurtka GUCCI KIDS BALERINY Z BROKATOWYM WYKOŃCZENIEM, designed by Gucci’s creative studio in the wake of Sabato De Sarno’s sudden departure, it was clear that in order to move forward, Gucci had to look to its past.
The creative team looked to its past, pulling inspiration from the archives while celebrating Gucci’s past, present, and inevitably its future. Still, the collection is innately an ode to collaboration, as it took the work of many moving parts. It is made up of people, places, and things—an expression of those who collaborated to create it.
Gucci Honors Its Legacy While Celebrating a New Era of Expression
Now, ahead of its launch, that same sentiment is revealed in new campaign images, showcasing the collection across a diverse cast.
Unveiled earlier this week, the House introduces the Gucci Portrait Series, which stars over 40 individuals spanning multiple generations and diverse backgrounds. The images celebrate the intimacy of an individual’s relationship with their wardrobe. How a person wears a garment is deeply rooted in identity and striped-expression.
At the heart of it all are Gucci’s everlasting House codes and its distinct air of perfectly imperfect, effortless Italian style—one that transcends aesthetics and generations.
