Proenza is making a bid to become America’s reigning European-style luxury brand, and with that comes ultra-premium materials and their attendant price tags. These bags start right under $2,000 for a fur-faced clutch, and they top out at $28,000 for an all-croc satchel. All of these bags are part of a new line for the brand, which they’re calling the Proenza Schouler PS1 Mini shoulder bag. Unfortunately, that’s not a clever reference to TS Eliot, in all likelihood, because of the difference in spelling, but a girl can dream.
