Me too I’m a sucker for anything with studs on Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops and Botkier Exclusive, it is time we move on to Phase II. The shape/color/hardware options voted on the most from the first round were the popular Sasha Duffle (as seen on Angelina Jolie and other celebs), Distressed Grey, and Gunmetal hardware. To make the Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops + Botkier Limited Edition Handbag even more refined, Botkier has mocked up four potential finished designs with the specs above. The goal was to design a one of a kind bag for this collaboration.
Our exclusive version of the Sasha will be made with luxurious distressed grey Italian washed lambskin with gunmetal hardware. Additional details include custom square rings and buckles, one front pocket, two top handle straps with whip-stitch detail, and a removable top handle strap that converts from a hobo to a satchel.
For Phase II you must vote on the version that you love the most by choosing your favorite mock up! Once we establish the winning bag, Botkier will prototype the bag and soon after you will be able order the exciting Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops + Botkier Limited Edition Handbag.

I like the braiding as well. My only other suggetsion which is not offered in the above pictures would be to have a detachable long shoulder strap instead of the longer hobo strap. If that were done, I think the strap would fall better without bunching if one were to carry the bag by its shorter satchel handles. Also if considering making the strap detachable, perhaps you could also make the longer strap adjustable so the bag can be worn cross-body as well since that is a popular style to wear right now.
although I voted for plain, I agree with your other suggestion. I don’t get the placement of the removable shoulder strap. It will make the bag VERY strange looking if one was to remove the strap and carry it by the handles. (I personally wish they would do away with the handles all together and not make it a removable strap)
Actually it works kind of differently. It’s hard to imagine, but instead of detaching the hobo strap, you can fold it under the bag and it turns into a really cute satchel!

I chose the studded option, but really I’d love to see one with studs AND fringe. Too much? Maybe, but I’m envisioning a sort of rocker-meets-boho vibe.
I voted for the braided. It’s a nice touch, without being too much too-keep it simple & classy. Less is more & stylish for years to come. Lets not put any details on it that would ‘date’ it. Thanks for letting us contribute! =)
I agree with D … I have a small sasha and would use it a lot more if the detachable strap was long enough to be worn cross-body … I love the braided best and the plain is a close second … can anyone provide the dimensions of this bag? The original Sasha came in three sizes. Thanks!
While the braided is nice, I think plain would be best. Keeping it simple and fresh is best!
I like all of them but the fringe, I voted for the braided. It ads just a bit of a nice touch without going too over-the-top for most women.
I’m so excited for this to come out… go braids! I think the braids add an awesome little youthful alteration in there… ever so slightly flower-child-esque but the grey lambskin and gunmetal hardware makes it chic rather than totally boho.

Braided all the way!! I also like the quilted as well, and would go for the plain, too…but I think that the studs and the fringe will become dated very quickly, which goes against the whole Sasha design to begin with.
