My favorite color takes center stage

Since I was a child, my favorite color has been blue. It mostly varied within the baby blue color family, and then transitioned to electric blue (in fact, I wanted a very specific Honda Civic in this blue hue when I was in high school, which I never got, but it was my dream car). As the years progressed, I found myself liking many colors, but if anyone ever asks me my favorite color, I will say blue.
