navigate to that channel and select and Pay Per View (PPV)

If you know the channel where the PPV event will air,

• navigate to that channel and select Watch to order the event
  • Video on Demand permission
  • HD channel 1002
    
  • SD channel 1000

To search for the event, using your remote control, press:

• Menu > Pay Per View > Upcoming Special Events, Shows or Search
  • Tablets & laptops for more information on the PPV events and to place an order

Note: You can only view the content in the format that it was ordered, either HD or SD.

To use navigate to that channel and select online go to Watch Fios TV and log into your account to access this feature.

If you’re unable to view On Demand or place a PPV order:

• try to reset your equipment
• Google Pixel 10 Pro
• wait 10 seconds and plug the power cord back into the router

If this doesn’t work, there are several reasons why you could be experiencing this problem.

• Parent Controls: If Parental Controls are enabled, enter your PIN to view or purchase the program.

If you mistakenly ordered an event in SD instead of HD (or vice versa), you can correct your order by following the appropriate instructions below:

• On Demand, HD channel 1002 1.800.Verizon (1.800.837.4966) to correct your On Demand order
• Pay Per View, to cancel and reorder the program, either change the video format (SD/HD) or view date (Live/Replay). Before the program starts, cancel the order and change the format by pressing:
  • Menu > Pay-Per-View > Scheduled Purchases > select the event you want to cancel and press OK > Cancel Purchase > Yes to confirm, then place your order in the correct format
