Product great i paid 15 bucks extra for next day by 8 on Wednesday night, Thursday came and went, Friday came and went, along with saturday then Sunday monday came and it was delivered to the wrong address

Inspire 3 appears to track heartbeat in the middle numbers. But if your heartbeat is relatively high or low this tracker is wildly inaccurate. Also, sleep results are hit or miss. The Fitbit company will help you reset and reset and reset. Hours on the phone. This will not help. And unless your device has melted down, there will be no replacement.

So far I like this Fitbit. It monitors my activity and my vitals. It keeps track of my sleep patterns. I am planning to order different bands, the silicone bands cause too much sweating in the summer months. I have had it for a full week now and have not had to charge it yet since first charging right after it arrived. Also you can change the face of it to be customized to your watch preference.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Does everything it says it does. Handy for counting calories, fasting, tracking carbs / fat / protein, water intake, staying active at work, steps, heart rate, sleep activity, and the 6 months free subscription comes in handy. You do not have to activate the free trial right away, either. Connects through Health Connect and Google Fit. Wish it would connect to my CGM, but no worries. I hope to lose the CGM anyway.

I personally use mine to check my heart rate because heart disease runs in my family but it's also useful for tracking other things like how well you slept and the calories burned.

No, the Fitbit Inspire 3 does not measure blood pressure. It tracks other health metrics like heart rate, steps, and sleep, and it has sensors for blood oxygen saturation ($SpO_{2}$) and skin temperature, but blood pressure monitoring is not a supported feature. For blood pressure readings, you would need a separate blood pressure monitor and could manually log the readings in the Fitbit Community app or Health Connect app. ~Jorge

The Fitbit Inspire relies on the natural swinging of your arms to detect movement so it will likely not count steps accurately if holding onto the treadmill handles. -Lauren

No, the Fitbit Inspire 3 does not have built-in GPS, but it can track your location by using your phone's GPS through a feature called Connected GPS. To get GPS tracking for outdoor activities like running or walking, you must have your phone with you and close to your Inspire 3 so it can connect via Bluetooth. -Sean
