Shipping was a couple days faster than the estimated time frame, only a couple items were out of stock and were refunded. Overall quality of the items is decent. However there is a lot variation in color tone on things labeled "18k plated stainless steel" which doesn't look good to customers. Also, many adjustable items are labeled stainless steel but stainless steel should be too stiff to bend such as the case with many of rings and cuffs. I'll purchase more items, but they definitely require buying samples before purchasing a large amount for inventory.
